Banana Berry Jam
Get out the Peanut Butter for your next new sandwich! This is mostly a berry jam with a hint of banana and is a favorite at our house.
BananaBerry is the only plain jam that we make...no raisins or nuts here. It is very fruity with lots of raspberry and strawberry flavor with a banana accent. It is great with cream cheese for your morning toast or bagels. I heat it up and pour it over raspberry frozen yogurt for a quick low-fat dessert.
Ingredients: Fruit (strawberries, raspberries, bananas), sugar, lemon juice, pectin.
