A very flavorful Marmalade that we discovered just by chance. Taste the cherries in the front of your mouth and then the oranges finish. A very beautiful red color is great on toast, waffles, English muffins, and scones. Have used it in baked Brie, and makes a wonderful balsamic sauce to use on chicken, duck, or pork. The name just seemed like a good "catchy" Phrase.
